Come along and make your own set of colourful and cool wool coasters using the fun craft of bargello
Join Crafting With Lyndsey for this 2 hour workshop where you will learn the craft of bargello needlepoint and create your own colouful square coasters to take home and use.
Bargello is a form of needlepoint embroidery, which uses flat upright stitches to create striking patterns with a retro feel.
In this workshop you’ll be guided through the technique, and given your own bargello coaster kit work from. During the workshop you’ll be able to make two coasters, and then be able to contiune at home to complete the set. There will be a great selection of coloured wool to choose from, so you can really get creative.
All materials are provided.
Tickets include a delicious cocktail (or chioce of other drinks) from the Mermaid bar, served whilst you create.
